This class is suitable for all ages, genders and from novice to advanced. This Yin yoga class will consist of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are passively held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. This allows your body to really relax and release any tension that you are holding. The session will finish with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra. The perfect antidote to a busy week. Yoga: Full refunds or transfers will be provided if clients wish to cancel attendance with at least 48 hours notice. Refunds or transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. Events and Sound Baths: Full refunds or transfers will be provided if clients wish to cancel attendance with at least 14 days notice. Refunds or transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 14 days notice. Class Packages: Class Packages are non-refundable. Retreats: Retreats are non-refundable. This may be discretionary depending on time and circumstances.
